Kids Fitness – An exciting program designed just for kids. Instead of staying at home, we encourage kids to exercise. We teach them the correct way to perform exercises. We help build them with a want for a more active life. We teach them that being active is still fun! Teens Fitness – Geared towards teaching proper technique and exercise. Not only will this program aid them in technique and exercise, but it will give them something to do besides be alone at the house or on a video game. They will be involved with other teens that also strive to have a better life through health and fitness. We want to teach them how to save themselves not only from being overweight, but also give them something they are proud to be a part of.
