Sports Performance Training (Level 1) – This program is specifically for those who are trying to develop their athletic abilities. There is no athletic sport that this is limited to, due to the type of training that is involved in this. We will work on improving, speed, agility, and quickness otherwise known as SAQ training. If you just starting out, then this training is for you. 

Sports Performance Training (Level 2) – This program is specifically for those who are trying to increase their athletic abilities. There is no athletic sport that this is limited to, due to the type of training that is involved in this. We will work on advance movements through speed, agility and quickness (SAQ) training. If you want to step up your athletic game, then this is the program for you.
